5. Refund Policy

All training programs and professional diplomas provided by JOD Academy are subject to the following refund policy.

• Participants may request a refund within 48 hours of registration provided that the training program has not started.
• Once the course or program has commenced, refunds will not be issued.
• However, participants may request a transfer to a future session, subject to availability.
